Im going to scream!!!! I can't deal with this anymore! How do you deal with it? It is at least a daily thing. Right now, Im sitting in the recliner and it has hit me!! UGH!!! Doc told me to take the anti nausea med, phenergan, two at night 50mg. I did and that was a HORRIBLE experience so I won't take it again and even if I did it makes you drowsy.

Are we talking restless leg syndrome? If so, I have it terribly at night and cannot sleep! I finally seemed to have curbed the leg cramping, but now my legs just want to go go go! I don't know how to alleviate...sorry you are going nuts!!

I get it to at night if I don't drink something before bed. I also read it could be from low iron.

RLS is not caused by the anti nausea drugs. I've had it with all my pregnancies. Hot showers and leg massages help.

Oh yea. Really sucks at night, i usually try to stretch my legs when it starts. If that doesn't work hubby massages my legs, it works sometimes. Mostly i just wait it out, super annoying.

I didn't say it caused it. That is what my doc told me to take to help it go away....
