I always get pregnancy insomnia at the last couple weeks, anyone else. I can be completely exhausted but just can't fall asleep. ..ugh. I also feel like little man has dropped even more I can barely walk halfway normal. Every one keeps saying I'm tiny...I don't know if they are serious or being nice. I have gained 34lbs. So ready to be done and meet our new addition to the family. One more week and my doctor said I'm in her safe zone for delivering :-) I'm sure it will be a couple more weeks though.
I'm not in the last couple weeks yet, but the last week or so I've had pretty bad insomnia. I'll wake up in the middle of the night (for no obvious reason, I don't even have to pee), and not be able to fall back asleep for ages.
I think a lot of my insomnia has been stress related, but I can still relate. It's awful. And I've also noticed that I have a super hard time falling asleep during the day, so after being up all night, I'm restricted to an hour long nap here and there.
The other day I cooped myself up in a bedroom in my Dad's basement with no windows and slept for what felt like days. I had the weirdest dreams!
I am having insomnia too... mine seems to be because of nesting. I have this urge to be up and getting things done--cleaning, organizing, etc. It is driving me nuts because I lay down exhausted but I can't get my mind to shut off!
