No, seriously.

I feel like I am standing ridiculously close to a burning fire right now. My entire body is sweating and it feels flu-ish. My skin feels cold, but I'm sweating like mad. I checked my temp and it is less than a degree high. I'm miserable and have NO idea how I'm going to sleep tonight.

What do y'all do for this? Is it just like one massively long hot flash?

I googled after I posted this and it says that estrogen surges cause hot flashes, but they are known to last for a long time during pregnancy. BUT, i've also read that when the baby is 'ready to be born' they send androgens to the placenta causing a spike in estrogen production that leads to labor. That still doesn't give me a timeline, though. It better be soon or I may go hulk (or just crazy and spend my days naked.) I'm not sure which is worse...

I would say head for the shower. But don't use soap, You may be in there a lot and you don't want to dry your skin out!

Popsicles and cool showers I have started to sleep nude as well - I just cannot stand anything on my body once I go to be these days.
