I feel like I am standing ridiculously close to a burning fire right now. My entire body is sweating and it feels flu-ish. My skin feels cold, but I'm sweating like mad. I checked my temp and it is less than a degree high. I'm miserable and have NO idea how I'm going to sleep tonight.
What do y'all do for this? Is it just like one massively long hot flash?
I feel for you! I've been living on cold wash rags & popsicles during the day & luckily the house has been cool enough at night
Oh man, I wish i had popsicles. I'm tempted to open the frozen pink lemonade i have in the freezer and eat it with a spoon right now. I'm seriously going nuts!

I googled after I posted this and it says that estrogen surges cause hot flashes, but they are known to last for a long time during pregnancy. BUT, i've also read that when the baby is 'ready to be born' they send androgens to the placenta causing a spike in estrogen production that leads to labor. That still doesn't give me a timeline, though. It better be soon or I may go hulk (or just crazy and spend my days naked.) I'm not sure which is worse...
Me too I'm normally super cold all the time except while pregnant. I slept with just a shirt on and this morning DH was like umm Are you going to put pants on cus I was turning him on apparently lol....
