Im taking the One-A-Day prenatals with DHA. No where on the box is there instructions on how you take it (I feel dumb!) but do you take the prenatal and the DHA pill together at once? Or one in the morning and night. They are packaged separately and I have no idea how your suppose to take them. Thanks!

Their website says to take 1 of each daily, with food, so you can do them at the same time.

Usually at the same time. Take with food - but avoid taking with milk, as milk tends to coat the pills and makes them harder to break down in your stomach.

We recommend these to our clients at the WIC clinic. We typically recommend taking them with food or at night before bed if you experience nausea from them. I haven't seen them separately though :O

Also anything with too much calcium can cause the iron in the vitamin to not be absorbed properly. Your best bet is to take it with some unfortified juice. Vitamin C helps the iron to absorb better.

When we were TTC I started out on these and would take them together with my dinner. However, they gave me loads of problems (stomach cramps, nausea, gases) so I switched to another brand.
