What do you guys think of our main choice right now - Emilio?
It's hard to find a name with our last name, which is Italian and ends in "i." Emilio sounds good with it.
My husband liked Angelo (no way).
My other favorite, for something less ethnic-sounding, is Adam.

Since you're going for an Italian name, I like Emilio. I've only known one person with that name, I think he's Portuguese, and I've always liked it on him.

Thanks! I'm still a little unsure. I feel that once I meet my baby, my mind could change entirely. Has that happened to anyone?

Our kid's names have changed right at the very end of each of my pregnancies. #1, Allison was going to be Cassandra. #2, Claire was going to be Clarissa and #3, Cruz was going to be Sebastian.

Emilio is quite cute for a traditional name!

I completely feel the same way. I suspect there is a good chance that I will unexpectedly change my mind when I hold my little boy for the first time. The good news is that you don't have to 100% commit until he's here

Emilio Estevez is hot so it works out

I really like it - I've always thought it was a really flowing name!

I was just thinking that Emilio Estevez is the only Emilio I have ever known and that he is cute and the name worked for him. Try picturing yourself calling a little one Emilio, I can and it works for me. Maybe you should have 2 names to pick from when the baby is born.

We're so set on Emmett that I doubt it will change, but it's possible it could I suppose. If it doesn't feel right when he's here, we'll think about it more. It's what we've been calling him for the past 2 weeks and what we've told people we will be calling him. It's the only name we both really love so that made it a very easy pick.

I'm a fan of Emmett! Unusual but not at all strange, and very cute sounding.

This happened with #3. We didn't know we were having a girl, but we've only ever been able to agree on girls' names. I really don't remember the name that we had picked out, but as soon as she was born, we both looked at her and said, "Nope! Not gonna work!" It took the whole day to find a new name for her.
