My symptoms have completely disappeared. Not even the slightest tenderness in my boobs anymore, and they were quite painful, especially when I was just waking up. Nothing at all now. I just took another pregnancy test and this is what it looks like (the bottom one)

The top one is the very first one I took. Obviously it's old, but you can see that the test line is at least as dark as the control line, if not darker. The one I just took it's clear that the test line is not as dark as the control line at all.

I wouldn't worry TOO much about it. Have you had your hcg tested? It might not hurt to call and request it if you are really worried.

I use the same brand and I've noticed that the darkness of the line changes quite a bit for me. I don't have any symptoms. You only put a few drops of urine on it, so that bit might not have as much hcg in it. Compared to the others were you did the whole stick in for 15 seconds. I've also heard that it's normal for the line to lighten as the pregnancy progresses, you have to dilute the urine or something to get a darker line.

Try not to worry! I'd see if you can get your levels tested to ease your mind.

I haven't had my hcg done this time. Last pregnancy I did and my levels were rising perfectly my dr said but it ended up being a blighted ovum, so decided not to bother this time because even if the #s were rising, I still wouldn't trust it. I'm such a worrier!

I'm a worrier too. My midwife offered to send me in for an early ultrasound to ease my mind. But I'm not going in for one until 7-8 weeks. It will bother me too much if there is no heartbeat, even if it's too early.

I'm with ya there! I'm going at 7w6d for that reason.

I felt nauseous about week 4-5 1/2, then it disappeared as well. But then I started to think about whats still happening, like a little heartburn when I lay down etc. What still going on with you? Do you still pee every 2 minutes? Are you more hungry than you usually are? thirsty? tired? boobs feel fuller? uterus feel like a rock? All these little things might not seem like much, but they are still all symptoms.

Pregnancy tests are not like OPKs, they don't always get darker the more pregnant you are. Any sort of line is a positive. There are so many factors in why the bottom test is lighter. Try to relax. I think everything is going to be just fine

I don't have any symptoms. I am on baby #4 and I have never had symptoms until well after positive hpt.

I agree with the other ladies, the test alone can't really give you any new info...the lines can be lighter or darker for a number of reasons. Try not to read too much into them at this point. I know it is nearly impossible not to worry, I know I do, but I believe things will be fine.

Thanks ladies. You put my mind at ease some. I haven't had any painful cramping or bleeding, so really shouldn't be worrying!

I'm done now! That's my last one and I am NOT buying any more!

I agree I wouldn't worry. Also, those tests dry out a lot darker than what they were during the original test results. I should take a picture of what mine looks like now because I took a picture of the original test, it's doubly dark.
