Oneandonecoming's post about maternity clothes has me looking now

However, I am a size 24, and I am not finding anything cute in my size I was thinking of buying a few pairs of pants that walmart sells and putting belly bands in them myself, and just selling them after. I was also looking at torrid.com and seeing if they had some cute plus size shirts, but wow the price is just insane! I have some shirts that will work, but will be too small once my belly gets bigger.

Any suggestions?

I don't have any suggestions but I'd like to know this also! Personally I think making your own maternity pants is the best way to go. But as far as tops go I'm at a loss. It's all soooo expensive!

I am a 26/28 nd honestly I don't really need maternity clothes, my regular clothes fit throughout my pregnancies. I do have some maternity, but it is all 8 years old. most of it came from JCPenny I think.

I'm also a 22-24 (depending). I got an XL pair of mat jeans there and they fit wonderfully.

Mom to 4 beautiful kids! 3 on Earth and 1 in heaven. Our little girl, Matilda Hope had Down Syndrome. She was born with TMD, a disease that is like leukemia. She fought that and beat it. Then, she had liver failure. She beat that, too. On October 17, 2014 she had NEC, necrotizing enterocolitis. My baby went to Heaven on October 19, 2014. She lived exactly one month.

My last pregnancy, I got all my stuff at Target, Amazon and Old Navy. I was in an 18/20. I just bought 2 pairs of jeans and 5-6 maternity tshirts, then I wore a cardigan over those when it was too cold to wear just the t-shirt. At home, I hung out in sweats and yoga pants.

My sister is plus-size, and I am almost certain that she got several things from Old Navy. Some things they have in their stores, but there's generally more online, and it depends on your particular store.

It can be hard to clothes when you are expecting that fit well.

Many stores only stock standard sizes, but if you shop on their website you will find more petite, tall, plus and maternity sizes and styles available. Gap and Old Navy are two stores that offer more sizes online. I'm sure there are others.
