Had a horrible evening. Spent all night at urgent care in pain with hemorrhoids. They were thrombosed so I opted to have them removed. Wowzers once the freezing wore off holy PAIN. Glad they are gone now but still sucks to be in so much pain. Took 2 extra strength Tylenol and its helping a bit so I should finally be able to sleep tonight. Good thing I brought my friend with me because there's no way I would have been able to drive home.
I have had this done more times than I can count. Once the numbing med wears off its sooooooooooooooooooo painful! I don't know how you managed with JUST extra strenth Tylenol. I usually get some sort of narcotic from the doctor for a couple of days. I have the nasty clots removed. In a few days it will feel better. BUT be careful to not stand up very long or strain on the toilet or they WILL sometimes fill back up with clots and then you go back to be redone. Its awful and my heart goes out to you.

And baby # 11 (GIRL) due Oct 9, 2014
And 4 beautiful grandbabies
I have them but not that bad, thank God! You poor thing! It sucks being this far along and uncomfortable and then to top it off with that. I hope you're feeling better soon. ((hugs))
Mom to 4 beautiful kids! 3 on Earth and 1 in heaven. Our little girl, Matilda Hope had Down Syndrome. She was born with TMD, a disease that is like leukemia. She fought that and beat it. Then, she had liver failure. She beat that, too. On October 17, 2014 she had NEC, necrotizing enterocolitis. My baby went to Heaven on October 19, 2014. She lived exactly one month.
TMI also, slight details. I experienced hemmoroids for the first time today! I haven't gone to the doctor because they seemed to be not severe at all they only came out and were painful when I strained and haven't reappeared since. I am however so scared to go to the bathroom again because I don't want to experience it again. All I have done is increased my water intake and fiber intake. Any other suggestions? What causes them to become thrombosed?
