I have a few scars on my arm and wrist from when i was a teenager, and i was wondering if you know if they would cover that up, or would it not work?

Yes they will and it does work, depending on the design you pick as long as the scars are fully healed which dosent apply to you.[/b]

As far as I know, most will.

However, when I talked to several tattoo artists (about my own scars), they said it may be a bit more expensive because scar tissue to is hard to get the ink to stay... or something like that.

Most artists that I have come across love to cover scars! Mainly because the person getting it is so happy with the end result!!
