I got my bellybutton pierced back in June of 2007 and the only time I ever took the ring out was to change it or clean the ring and my bellybutton, other than that I've always had one in. Now that I'm very pregnant, of course I cant wear it and havent been able to since sometime in my 20's weeks. It's so stretched, ugly and where the hole is is a pink-red color, just absolutely ugly. I'm just wondering, will it still be open after my girl's born, will it be too stretched to put a ring back in or will I have to get it redone? I have a ring that I absolutely love and would hate to not be able to wear it again but dont want to spend the money to get it done again

i took mine out at 32w with ds and managed to put it in 1w pp

I took mine out around 25 weeks with my first pregnancy and was still able to get it back in after I gave birth. I ended up taking it out though because it looked really funny with the stretched skin. The redness went away, but it took awhile.
