Diet Cola Cake

1 Box instant chocolate or devil's food cake mix 12 oz Diet Cola** Directions
  1. Pour 1 box instant cake mix
  2. Stir in 12 oz of Diet Coke
  3. Bake at approx. 350 degrees
** It is okay to use Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Vanilla Coke, Diet Cherry Coke, Diet Pepsi's. Basically anything you can think of to make it your own and your desired flavor.

see the full version directions below OR click on the link above (Diet Cola Cake) and it'll take you to where I got it from. No need for eggs, but have seen recipes where they use egg whites instead. Hope to make these this weekend to let you know how good they are!

I told my co-worker about this yesterday, and she made it with Cherry Coke Zero last night. She brought it for lunch today, so I'll let you know how it is.

I am actually planning to make it again soon! I wanna try some different things with it. I need some chocolate goodies form time to time, and i don't wanna feel guilty!

Of course if you like yellow cake use diet sprite, 7up or whatever other clear soda you like.

I love this recipe, I actually first heard about it at a weight watchers meeting. Although we use only 10oz of soda, and we aren't big chocolate fans, so we've done vanilla cake with diet sprite, and and orange cake with diet sunkist. Yummy

Is there a way to freeze these in individual portions?? If I make a whole one I'll eat it in one sitting.. lol I need a way to store these in the freezer so I can just eat 1 serving.
