Made these tonight and it was SO simple and very tasty. I got it off of the EDiets website..


for a serving of 4

1/2 cup cola (any kind u want)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a small bowl mix ketchup and cola (i combined them all)
put chops in a 9x13 pan
pour mixture over chops
sprinkle brown sugar on top
cook for 1 hour or until internal temp is 160 degrees

that's all ladies...

This sounds real good... Especially since my DH is a BIG time pork chop eatter. Have you tried it yet?
