Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Rince shirataki noodles in water until the fishy odor is gone.
In a frying pan heat (medium heat) olive oil, teriyaki marinade, soy sauce, onions, garlic, green onion, ginger, red pepper, and salt (to taste) until onions are translucent. Add chicken cubes. WHen chicken is halfway cooked add stirfry veggies (frozen or fresh). Cook mixture of chicken and veggies completely.
Pour the remaining juices from the chicken mixture into a second pan on medium heat. Cook the shiritaki noodles in the juices for about 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken mixture over or mixed into the fried noodles.
