I did a juice fast a cpl mths ago and I enjoyed it, but I rather be getting the outside of the fruits and veggies too because that's where a lot of the nutrients and vitamins are. So, instead of juicing, we're blending. This morning I had strawberries, pinneapple, blackberries and 1cup of spinach. It's a good way to get all the goodness of it, but drink it and it tastes yummy! I also put some flax seed in there as well.
And then 1piece of bacon and I shared some homemade breakfast potatoes (1 potato split between us) with my 2yr old.
