3/4c olive oil
1/4c balsamic vinegar
1/2c red wine vinegar
1-1/2tsp each of: garlic powder, ground oregano, dried basil leaves
1-1/4tsp each of: white pepper, salt substitute, onion powder, dijon mustard
Now, use a stick blender (mine is from sharper image and it is the bomb!) and blend this up for 30 seconds. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Then...the next day....
Boil up one package of whole wheat penne pasta til aldente. Drain and set aside in a BIG bowl, and add:
3 cucumbers, seeded and diced
1 package of carrots, diced
1 bag of fresh spinach
7 roma tomatoes, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
1 can of chopped black olives
1 package of turkey pepperoni, rinsed and diced (yes I wash all that oil off lol, healthier that way)
1 package of feta cheese
Toss with the dressing (use all of it), and enjoy! It's soooooooooooo good ya'll.
