Mushroom is the only type of eatable fungus. Its very healthy and nutritional, contains good protein and not fat with low carbs. Vegetables soup by adding mushroom slices to it is really a nice addition to recipe. This soup is very good from fitness point of view, it provides good energy with less amount of calories.
