Here are the top foods that are effective to keep weight in control.
Eggs, Fish, Chicken,
Mushroom, Broccoli, Spinach, Mint, Cucumber, Garlic, Ginger,
Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, Green Apple, Banana, Strawberry
Nuts and Beans.

Natural weight loss diet are good for losing the weight without any adverse effects.
The more effective natural fat burning and weight loss foods are green tea, grapefruit juice, fish oil, fish, green vegetables soup, green vegetables salad,
and nuts.

Berry good to help burn fat. For example, the raspberry.
