6 fresh strawberries, sliced (3/4 cups)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tbs wheat germ
In a tall glass, layer strawberries (3 at a time), yogurt (about 3 tablespoons at a time), blueberries (5 or 6 at a tim), and wheat germ (about 2 teaspoons at a time). Make 3-4 layers of each.
