This is from my days of doing South Beach... I got this from a South Beach message board I use to go to..
* 1 sugar free fudgecicle
* 2 TBSP light cool whip
* 1 TBSP. natural PB (the actual recipe calls for two which you could use if you just love PB, but I found that
this gave it enough peanut flavor and with less calories).
Microwave fudgecicle in a bowl on about 10 seconds until you can scrape it off the stick.
Mix all ingredients together and freeze!
This is so good - I SWEAR it is like eating chocolate peanut butter ice cream. My DH loves this too!
You can add up the calories just by going from the packaging, but I want to say that it is around 170 calories.
