I took this from a WW cookbook and it is pretty yummy.
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs ground paprika
1 tbs chilli powder
7 g McCormick Cumin Ground
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 serve McCormick Black Pepper Ground
680 g pork fillet
1/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup Tomato ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbs molasses
2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Prepare grill for indirect heating.
Combine brown sugar, paprika, chilli powder, cumin, salt, cayenne and pepper in a bowl. Rub half of mixture over meat and let stand for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce: combine ketchup, vinegar, molasses and worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Rub pork with remaining spice rub. Place over indirect heating part of grill for 15 minutes. Turn pork and grill until cooked, another 12-15 minutes. Remove from grill and cover loosely with foil. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
