Okios full fat greek yogurt is my go-to. I really like chobani, but I'm not a fan of low fat / no fat. They are coming out with a whole milk version this summer though, so I'm looking forward to that.

The ones I have gotten are low fat. I haven't tried the full fat ones. I think they call them flips, the yogurt is in one side and then there is a separate side that has the toppings in it. You just flip the topping side over into the yogurt and mix it in. It does sound like a lot of toppings doesn't it? It doesn't really seem to be any thicker than regular yogurt, it does have a tangy taste to it though that might be a little weird at first, but it grows on you!

I usually love yogurt, but lately all it does is make me even more nauseous. Maybe once I'm over this stage I'll be able to try some
