I tried for 3 years with my ex, with PCOS and MA. One miscarriage and we finally found out towards the end of our marriage that there were MF issues in play as well. Been NTNP with DH for well over a year; but it was only about 6 months of really cracking down and trying a (VERY rigorous and intense!) natural approach to healing my fertility before this LO came to be. It was worth every bit of hard work, and for me it was the right choice over MA...I feel healthier and more secure in this pregnancy after laying a strong foundation and cutting things from my life that might have endangered the baby.

This was an oops, but a wanted oops. We were going to try this summer. It was my first time of not using birth control, I was outside of my ovulation days and DH pulled out. But along came the bfp.

With our first we were NTNP for three to five months. The first month we actually tried it happened. This time, we didn't plan on trying until at least the summer, or even more likely the fall, but had a fun Valentine's Day.

This was a surprise for me. I went off birth control in August because my insurance mandates I have to be off birth control for year before they will pay for fertility treatment. My last were born after 19 months and three rounds of fertility treatment. As such, I didn't think I would be able to get pregnant on my own. One day I was feeling like poop, and there was the positive pregnancy test. Very excited. Going by number of months off birth control, six months. Number of "cycles," on the second.

About 5 or 6 months. I went off the pill when I used my last pack, in October I think. We weren't really trying, but it happened. And thankfully going tons smoother than with our first. I was still on the pill and even had a full cycle while pg with him. Well smoother in every aspect except the symptoms....but hopefully these will go away soon.

I got a couple apps on my phone to help track ovulation, when we tried it took only one cycle.

12 months before we got *this* baby. Although I did have three m/c before this baby.
