Yup. The scratchy throat, the itchy eyes. Just have a feeling it's going to be pretty bad this year. I really wish I could be med-free but I seriously can't. The only medicine that works for me is Tylenol Allergy, which I think is pg safe.

My allergies are starting to act up too. My OB told me it is perfectly safe to take meds for them, too.

I haven't started yet but sooner than later I will need to. I get the drippy nose and sneezing....uncontrolable without meds, I would be miserable!

I hear you about not being fond of meds, but Tylenol cold is much better than what it might require if you don't use it (antibiotics, steroids, inhalers, etc...), at least that's how I think of it...risks/benefits .

I'm on flovent, albuterol (as needed), claritin, and benadryl (benadryl is also for morning sickness, but it has really helped with allergies too).

With the majority of my pgs I was able to manage fine without meds of any kind, but this pg is hitting me hard and I'm facing health issues (asthma) that didn't require daily management before. My RE even recommended I get the pneumovax and flu shot (I was 4wks) to prevent complications.
