Ok... I really hope this doesn't jinx me but I am curious when I might start feeling a little off. I remember with my first we didn't find out until 7 weeks and by that time I was feeling off with food and just in generally for a couple weeks. I am not saying "if" with m/s cause I remember it all too well with Madison and believe me it was a pain. I am just curious with you BTDT mommies who might have differences or similarities with when these more major symptoms kicked in.

I was pretty lucky last time around, I only had mild morning sickness. And it only lasted from about 7 to 12 weeks. For me it was just a mild queasy feeling, and it was worse when my stomach was empty. I never actually threw up from it or anything. We'll see if it's mild again this time around.

Mine lasted from 6-10 weeks last time. Crossing fingers for only a mild case (or nothing!) this time, but I already feel a tinge queasy!

Wendy I'm sooo glad you asked this! I have been feeling like a crazy person because I haven't been sick yet! (just a couple times of feeling not so great but really it was probably more of eating too much than pregnancy)
I had hypermesis with my first 2 and so it doesn't seem right to not be sick and makes my crazy mind feel like there is something wrong.
I think that it didn't kick in til around 6-7 weeks though. And I'm quite sure soon I will regret wondering where the sickness is!!!!

I *know* that it's not "supposed" to happen until 6 weeks, but someone should tell my body that. I was sick from 12 DPO until the end of pregnancy with both kids! Hahahahahaha I have everything crossed that this will be different. I've just felt not as hungry and occasionally queasy, but not fully vomitous (sure, it's a word) yet! (And I knocked on the awesome faux wood paneling, just in case.)

It makes sense to me that if you're really sensitive to the hormones, it could start earlier.

I think so, too! Especially if you're noticing the other changes already!

Definitely!

I've already noticed I'm having more heartburn, which is just like last time. To me that sometimes feels like nausea, so I'm trying to separate the two.

I feel mostly like I have a wet sack of flour sitting in my gut. My boobs are sore, but not like they were when I was pregnant for the very first time. Cramps galore (awesome), and if last week's "PMS" is any indicator, we're in for a bumpy 9 months. Hahahahahahaha The weird part is that I have several chronic illnesses, and certain issues I have seem to clear up when I get pregnant. It's a welcome pregnancy change!

I think most of the sites state around 6 to 7 weeks, but I think everyone and every pregnancy is just different.

I was kneeling over the toilet shaking on Thursday but I never actually threw up ... and I was only 4 1/2 weeks then.
