I took a test last thursday and received a positive result (yay). So that would make me 5 weeks tomorrow. I noticed having back pain on my left side around the begining of the week. It is almost the top of the back of my hip. When it was that time of the month I would cramp in my back. It is simular to that but not as bad, kindof like I felt roght before my period would come. Should I be worried??? I have also had mild short lived pains in the lower left part of my belly.

I think everything you described is pretty normal for how far along you are .

Same here...It was alot worse around 5 weeks or so but now only occasional. If it's a concern you can always call your doctors nurse and talk to them.

Congrats and welcome. I concur that it sounds normal. More then likely it is everything starting to strech and move. Check out this site to get an idea of how things move around, even early on. Museum of Science and Industry | Make Room for Baby

When I found out I was pregnant, 4 weeks, it was just days later I got some bad back pain. It made it hard to get to sleep. It's absolutely normal, mine has pretty much gone away at this point.
