to get a grip on my anxiety/panic attacks...

she upped my meds. I'm on BuSpar (it's a class B) and was taking 7.5mgs/day but the normal starting dosage is 15mgs/day ... so I wasn't even taking enough to have an effect! So hoping it'll help because Zoloft/Prozac are Class C meds which are still ok - I'd rather not be on anything but after this weekend, I needed to get some help.

I feel bad about leaving work for 2 weeks because we're already short staffed but my Dr. kept saying that I need to focus on myself, etc. so I'm trying ... but I hate leaving work unfinished :-(

Anyways, for those of you who have anxiety issues, how do you handle them?
Oh, Sweet Child of Mine

I have NO anxiety issues so I can't say, but I do believe you're absolutely doing the right thing. You might feel guility for not being at work right now but you are more important, and in a month, you won't care that you skipped out on work. take care!
