I just got some information on prenatal yoga classes yesterday. Plan on going down to the center this week and checking it out and probably doing that. I plan on doing NCB so I think the techniques learned with it will help tremendously.
I have to find something new. I ride my horses a lot, and believe it or not, it is a good work out if you are actually in training. Now that I am pregnant, I will not be riding and my horses will be on a 9 month vacation (if not longer). My other problem is a just recently tore my ACL for the third time in a soccer game so I can't jog anymore either. I think I will just have to go to the track a walk with weights. I hope it is enough!

I've been dying not going to the gym the last few weeks. I was going 5 times a week, but my RE told me after the transfer to take it easy. But I plan on going back to running/walking and doing Zumba as soon as I get the ok.
I ride my bike regularly but thats it for me....i saw a woman about 6mos preggers run about 10 laps around the track today at my sons fb game...iwas amazed/impressed and kinda scared for the baby doin all that bouncin around but i guess as long as the dr says thats safe, more power to her! I couldnt run 1 lap now at 6wks! lol
I am horrible with excercising! I am hoping that being pregnant will get me more motivated. I will probably try to start giving my dog regular walks in the evening. It's easy now but once it starts getting cold I don't know if I will be keeping up with it!
I am going to try to keep running. I had just finished the couch to 5k program. I am 5 weeks today, so I don't have any severe symptoms yet..and right now the runs are actually helping me feel better afterwards
I also have a pregnancy pilates and yoga dvd that I hope to incorporate into my routine as well
