UGH. It has officially hit me - 5 days sooner than usual. Normally it starts right at 6 weeks. I feel AWFUL today. I can't eat anything at all, and I am incredibly nauseous, it won't go away at all. I took a Gravol this morning, but I'll be taking my Diclectin tonight before bed because I can't even handle this. I feel bad for my youngest because all I'm doing today is laying on the floor with her watching tv (and normally the tv isn't even on during the day at all). I had to make her lunch and it was SUCH a struggle. I didn't take anything out for dinner because I can't even think about cooking. I dont' know what I'm going to do. I've never had MS this bad that I can remember. I'm so glad it's almost her naptime, I'm going to bed too.

I think I'd prefer to actually be vomiting like I was with my son over the nausea I have this time around. At least when I threw up I felt better afterwards. With the nausea it's just there constantly!

Aww I'm sorry! I'm only a little queasy all day, so I don't have the same intensity that you do. I hope it passes soon...have you tried any of the hard candies (Preggie Pops/Drops) that supposedly help with it? I hear sour flavors work best.

I tried Life Savers - what a joke. Nothing helps except sleep...but then I can't sleep all day bc of my DS. I already feel like I'm neglecting him.

yeah i remember nothing helped me before the doctor gave me a prescription that would help but i would fall asleep this is what i have found dunno if if it will work for you or not

1. Try high-protein or high-carbohydrate snacks such as peanuts, soda crackers and granola bars. These will soak up excess stomach acid and prevent blood sugar swings that can lead to nausea.

2. Eat small, frequent meals to avoid having an empty or too-full stomach.

3. If you don't have to wake up at a set time, don't. Get as much rest as possible and ease into your day.

4. Carry hard candy with you. Sometimes, sucking on something tart or sweet can ease nausea.

5. Take vitamins with your biggest meal of the day.

6. Keep a damp cloth at your bedside to place over your eyes or on your forehead when you feel ill.

7. Exercise, preferably outdoors. The fresh air will help.

8. When traveling by car, be a driver instead of a passenger.

9. With your caregiver's permission, try a chewable antacid.

10. Undergo acupressure treatments or wear acupressure wristbands.

i have hear that seabands help i never tried them

I should look for seabands.

Does anyone else feel super sick, then get CRAZY hungry out of nowhere? Then, as soon as I eat, within 10 min I feel awful again.
