I'm not a big fan of plain water ever so I usually squeeze a lime into mine. I have also used lemon before, and occasionally, an orange. Would any flavor packets help with the water? Some of the ladies have sworn by the Mio packets, but I don't really know anything about those. I've also mixed a little bit of jell-o flavoring into the water when I'm out of limes. It at least gives it a little flavor so I can stomach it. Also, it has to be ice cold. Room temperature water doesn't work for me at all.

The Mios are great. I just add a little to my water where as my DH adds a ton. Just watch out for the lemonades they have a ton of sodium in them. I keep one in my purse so I'll b more likely to drink water when I'm out or at work
I don't have any really good advice...I'm sort of in the same boat. What about the flavored carbonated water drinks? I find that the carbonation helps make it more tolerable. I also sometimes drink Izze drinks, which are fruit juice mixed with sparkling water (70% juice, 30% sparkling water). They do have calories, but less than plain juice, and they do not have artificial sweetners. And again, the carbonation is nice.
I'm having the same problem. And yesterday at the hospital they told me I'm starting to get a UTI. They gave me antibiotics for it, but I know I need to kick my butt in gear with the water. Lemon does help a ton though.
Here are my water suggestions that I used to drink (nothing is doing it for me right now) but maybe it will help some of you guys!
