Hi Everyone! This board is so great! I just found out I was pregnant on WED.. Haven't even missed my period, but took a test on WED and a faint line showed up.. Well I was already due at the Doctor that morning to check my Thyroid, so I had them go ahead and do a blood test. Well I am Pregnant! (Online says about 3 weeks and 4 days) but its really about 2 weeks.. And Very excited.. but have had Thyroid Issues for awhile. This is my first pregnancy.
I'm going to see an Endocrinologist ASAP to see if we can figure it out..but wanted to know if anyone else has had trouble with their Thyriod while they are pregnant?
I go to meet my OBGYN's PA on Monday, but I have a million questions! Can I no longer take hot baths? Can I take my Flonas? Is Hairspray bad? What am I supposed to be eating? What Vitamins do I need to be on? Etc.. I'm hoping to get most of them answered on Monday..but being that I'm barely pregnant, I'm so nervous I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing!! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks everyone!
I'm Kim and welcome to the board When are you due?

In regards to hot baths ...you can take warm baths but not hot baths or hottubs etc. I'm not sure what flonas is :S Hairspray is fine. Eat as healthy as possible and You should be taking a prenatal vitamin daily. I`m sure your doctor will answer ant questions you have.
