Do you have a goal in mind for weight gain this pregnancy? Haven't thought about it to be honest. Hopefully no more than 35 lbs.
Do you think it is realistic? Yes.
Have you gained/lost so far? I've gained about 4 lbs. I tend to gain in the 1st trimester with the nausea bc all I can stomach to eat is bland food which is carbs, carbs and more carbs.
How were previous pregnancies (of applicable)? I was about 30 lbs. heavier before getting pregnant with DS and gained about 40 lbs. I should never get that large again even pregnant. That's an extra 70 lbs. on my body! Toward the end I was miserable!!
How do you feel about weight gain in general? Are you scared, unconcerned, happy to put some pounds on? I'm not super worried about it but just need to make sure I keep active.
Do you have a goal in mind for weight gain this pregnancy? Not really. Being my first pregnancy, I'm not really sure what to expect. I guess my only goal is to remain at a healthy pregnant weight.
Do you think it is realistic? I hope so!
Have you gained/lost so far? I think I gained 2 or 3 pounds.
How were previous pregnancies (of applicable)? N/A
How do you feel about weight gain in general? Are you scared, unconcerned, happy to put some pounds on? I've always been one of those girls who could eat everything in sight and not gain a pound. It's going to be a new experience for me to actually get a belly. I do look forward to the baby belly though My only fear really is about how hard it will be to lose the weight after I have my baby.
