A cup of decaf in the morning just so i can taste my yummy creamers - this weeks flavor is Smores, yuuuum!! Then the rest of the day it's water. Either plain or water that has had lemons or oranges steeping in it.
I'm soooo bad. I drink a ton of diet coke, ugh. But lately I've been feeling kinda nasty and when I drink water instead of soda, I almost immediately start feeling better and more clear-headed. So weird. I guess I need to kick the diet soda habit
I have been all over the place...today I had to have a Dr. Pepper..strange because I don't usually drink sodas..especially after coffee in the morning..(trying to be good with the caffeine) but at night I have to have some juice in the frige.. usually it's cranberry grape juice or just plain grape juice. I got up at least 3 times last night to drink juice throughout the day it's usually water, or zero vitamin water ;P
for me, it's almost always sugar-free lemonade- the kind that's a powder mix. i got a huge canister and i make a huge pitcher at a time. ....but i still feel like i'm always out. i really go through way too much of it hah
