Lay in a warm bath and drink a whole bottle of water... I had to do that soooo many times last time to stop the braxton hicks. They haven't started for me yet, but I have heard that they can start earlier with each pregnancy!

Not yet. But honestly, I guess I must be an idiot because I never had them with my daughter (at least that I knew of) and everyone I've told that too has said I just didn't know what I was feeling. I had a few moments of tightening very late in my pregnancy with my son but nothing to point of me thinking "this feels like a contraction, must be Braxton hicks". Maybe I'm just confused about what they should feel like?

They are just tightening without pain. For me, anyway, they don't feel like contractions. Contractions for me felt more like tightening with menstrual cramps. I only notice them when I'm resting, especially after I've been running around like a crazy lady.
Today, I decided it was a good day to take my 4yr old and 1yr old Christmas shopping but after buckling them back in the car seats for the 4th time, I realized I over did it.
