Are any of you still sleeping on your back? I'm trying to transition to sleeping on my side but its just not comfortable. Any recommendations on pillows? Has anyone tried the Snoogle pillow?

I flop around in my sleep because no one position is comfortable for very long. I don't have any special pillows, but with my youngest I just got me a good quality king size pillow to help prop me in position and it worked great. And when my son turned one he stole that pillow and dragged it around the house for years lol

I am definitely still sleeping on my back.. It's the only way I can fall asleep.. I will continue falling asleep on my back every night for the rest of my life.. Although, after I'm in REM sleep, I usually end up on one of my sides and I tend to wake up on my stomach.. That will change as my belly gets bigger and bigger though.

I don't fall asleep on my back but often wake up like that. Makes me worried, like I'm going to cause the baby to smother or something. I try to keep a pillow behind me so I can't roll flat on my back, and I've also asked hubby in the past to please wake me up and/or roll me over if he notices I'm on my back.

I'm usually a side sleeper but I still switch from side to back during the night. I'll be more viligant about staying on my side as I get further along

I am a side sleeper anyway so it is not hard for me. I still lay on my back to read/watch tv/go online before I go to sleep.

I toss and turn from side to side all night long...it SUCKS! I am usually a back and/or stomach sleeper, so I transitioned early, and have been getting crappy sleep since! I had the snoogle with Connor and used it once, I didn't like it at all! Ended up selling it, my regular body pillow or just a regular pillow between my legs has been so much better!

I move around a lot, but I mostly stay on my side. It's still a habit from my last pregnancy, though that became almost impossible with how much my hips ached! I'm hoping it's not as bad this time around. I really need to invest in one of those full body pillow things!

I still sleep on my back. I have no problems with it usually, even during the late stages of pregnancy.

I have just always used a regular body pillow in between my legs and if I get a horrible urge to lay on my back, I will put another pillow behind me so I am not completely on my back and that seems to help.
