Anyone have any idea if either of these teas are OK to drink?

Regular Sleepytime has : Chamomile, spearmint, West Indian lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds.

Sleepytime Sinus Soother has: Spearmint, licorice, peppermint, tulsi, stinging nettle, linden, fennel, Chamomile, lemongrass, natural menthol flavor (soy lecithin) and tilia flowers.

What about just regular chamomile tea?

How strange... I was LITERALLY just reading about Sleepytime tea right before coming to JM because we just made some for DH's son and I wanted some myself...

I'm reading a lot about it being perfectly fine, then there are some things saying that Chamomile in large amounts can cause uterine contractions and should be avoided.

I'll probably drink it. It's not like I'm drinking the entire box worth... just one cup.

I feel like I just read an article about drinking sleepytime tea during pregnancy! Crud- I wish I could remember where it was! I am almost sure it said a cup before bed is okay... I have a box of it and wanted to be sure too.

Thanks! I tried googling it, and googling all the different herbs in it but jeez. Split opinions, blah blah. Some articles say no chamomile? Which I thought was totally safe, and on and on. I'm thinking the amount of anything you could get in one cup of tea would probably not be enough to hurt, it seems like that would be pretty extreme and if it were the case then it would be general knowledge, like alcohol/class c drugs/even lunchmeat/etc. I'll run it by my doc when I see him this week but I bet if I took everything I eat in a day and googled it, half of it would probably come up as dangerous from *someone* lol.

I've been dying for hot herbal tea, but everywhere I look say most herbal teas aren't safe to drink, some say they're fine, it's so all over the place! It's probably a moderation thing, but it worries me getting so many mixed opinions.
