I wouldn't go that close to your due date, maybe go after? She should understand
Chase and Cole were both born early, in the 37th week.

Thanks so much *Kiliki* for my awesome summer siggie!

My first was 1 day early, so right on time. In fact it was a Friday night that I went into labor. I had just been to the Dr. that afternoon and he told me "there's no way your going to go this weekend". He was pretty shocked when I called him at 10 that same night.

I would think a week or two early for a visit would be okay. 8 hours isn't all that far as long as you are mentally prepared that if something were to happen, how would you feel delivering at a different hospital with a different dr. than you planned on? If that is a big deal to you, I would stay closer those last few weeks and not bank on going over due!

Our insurance will not cover expenses if you travel out of area late in the pregnancy. I belive baby comes when baby comes, because every labor and woman is different.
