What are your plans for the baby when you go back to work?

Are you looking at a daycare center or an in home daycare where there will be more personal time with the baby?

This time around I'm a sahm but last times we used in home babysitter. The lady we used was like a grandma to my kids and had watched dd since she was an infant. I took dd to a center for a few months when my work schedule changed and I ended up hating it. They were just not as attentive to her since they had so many children.

It really depends on the day care center options and the home day care options. I don't need either, but that is what I would base it on.
Thank you Jaidynsmum for the beautiful siggy!

I am using a home provider. With DD she stayed with my grandmother and DS stayed went to daycare, however, i quit my job and got a new job at the daycare he went to (I am in the education field). I am not in the position to leave my job, this go roun and grandma lives 17 hours away, so a church member that has been keeping my other children for me since I moved down here will be keeping them.

With either decision, I would do a pop up visit to see how things are going at least 3 times. If they do not allow pop ups or don't seem as if they have good security i would pass.

I suggest a nanny if you have multiple children. Cheaper and real one on one time and love.

Luckily we live in Ontario and I can take a year off work so I wouldn't have to decide this for a bit. I honestly don't have a clue what we will do when we both have to work...such a stressful decision!
