I went in for my first appointment today. It was nice to see that the same midwives are there now that were there when I delivered our second son. I'm super excited to work with them again. We just talked and went over my chart and discussed all the testing that is available to me, etc. It was a great visit, but I opted out of the pelvic exam until next time because the boys were getting restless and I could hardly even hear the midwife talk by the end of the appointment. BP was good and we decided to schedule an u/s for Thursday to check dates. We are certain of the date we had sex, but because I felt what could have been ovulation pains 4 days later, we decided it was worth it since my first and second baby had such a difference in their gestations (41 weeks 2 days and 38 weeks). I hadn't expected to have one until 18 weeks, so I'm happy I'll be able to see the little one soon & hear the hear beat.

Thanks for reading!

I'll have to remember to ask where the baby is attached. That's how you do it, right?
