Not necessarily that model specifically, but the idea of a crib/changer combo. I really like that the baby is facing you while you're changing the diaper, as opposed to laying sideways like most changing tables. We had a changing table with DD and I found it awkward to change her on it, and usually just changed her on a blanket on the floor instead. The changing table ended up being a toy shelf. I don't have the luxury of space or spending $$$ on furniture that isn't going to get used, so we're definitely not going that route again.
Does anyone see any reasons why this wouldn't work out? Has anyone ever used one of these types of cribs?
My dad and step mom got us this one. haven't used it but we put it together last weekend. I seem to like it assembled. Only complaint so far it it came with a few small scratches from shipping it, couldn't of returned but didn't.
I have one like that for Gabriel... It was nice while they were a baby. But the changer part on mine doesn't ever come off. I think you are supposed to use it as some sort of a bookshelf when you convert it to a toddler bed and I HATE that . So we are getting rid of it to get a regular toddler bed. That and it is really really big and you have to make sure you have enough room to get to the changer. (That is only a problem if you are like us and the bedroom was the size of a closet, lol). It can make arranging the room a little awkward.
Just a different perspective I guess! I don't mean to be so critical lol!
