so, we still haven't named this baby.... this is getting pretty stressful. i'm 36 weeks and can have her any day and DH leaves monday for 6 months. he suggested the name Rogue last night. I sortof love it, but it has such a negative meaning and connotation w/ it, or immediately someone says "xmen!" my other kids were all named after superhero characters in a way lol. it would be good in our sibling set, but would people make fun of her? DH says that he met a beautiful little girl named Rogue at the store and thought it would be perfect. wdyt?

I like it. Yes, I immediately thought of X-Men, but I really liked Rogue in X-Men!

Honestly, who cares what other people think! If you like it, and it fits your family, go for it!

Rogue makes me think of games like World of warcraft.

I don't really have a strong feeling about the name either way, but I agree with KatieH52. It doesn't matter what other people think as long as you and your husband like the name.

I thought Rogue was really cute and strong. I just asked my husband what he thought of it and he said if we were to name our daughter Rogue we would really hear the X-Men remarks considering our last name. (Rogue Storm) I'm like: oh yeah. lol
