Ugh. My daughter is already 3yo now but I am so much bigger than I was when I was pregnant. I've been doing HIIT exercises though (but not regularly).

why new moms even think about dieting for weight loss as an option like tons and tons of pretty acceptable ways are there to get to the numbers on scale you have been enjoying before pregnancy, supplements are even better to apply rather than starving and then struggling with breast milk supply and other health issues, I have been working on options that do really best to reduce that mommy pudge and what I found the finest supplement is "mummy magic weight loss tea" an herbal blend which at least is much better than the blunders we tend to do with our health and life.

I completely agree with you. Lots of moms struggle with their breast milk and also face health issues while trying to lose post pregnancy weight whether they use pills or starve themselves. Mummy magic weight loss tea is great herbal supplement that helped me too when I was struggling to shed my pp weight.
