Just the past week I am soo darn tired in the afternoon! I substitute teach part time and when I get home from work I just feel like passing out but my kids don't take naps anymore. My son needs a nap but only wants to take one in the car which doesn't help me, ha ha! I do get to take a morning nap when my kids are in preschool 2 days a week so I am thankful for that but I still get tired in the afternoon. I have been known to let the kids watch a movie and I watch it with them and take a quick nap on the comfy chair At least my headaches are getting better and I feel pretty good overall!

I'm right there with you, minus the substitute teaching. I'm wondering when/if the promised 2nd trimester energy surge is going to finally kick in because I am absolutely pooped. I seriously have been falling asleep at 8:00 most nights, I have to purposely drink a caffeinated soda in the evening if I know DH wants to stay up to watch a show. I've never been so tired in my life.

Me too!! My son is napping, and I am sitting here thinking I want to nap right along with him. I have NO energy and kind of just make it through the day without doing too much. I got 11 hours of sleep last night and Im still really tired.

I feel the same. I am sleepy all day. When I get home from work is the worst I can barely find the energy to make dinner. I sure hope that energy burst hits soon I have lots to do.

Yep. I keep falling asleep in the late afternoon on work days and then struggling to drag myself off the couch to make dinner. But I just have no energy! Doesn't help that my old dog is getting senile and becoming really restless at night and keeping me up.
