Any of you ladies have issues or had issues with cervical length shortening?
My cervix is now at a 2.2 ( 30 week apt)
which is shorter than should be
last check it was 3.2
just keeps getting shorter.
So, Doc thinks baby is going to be here around 35-36 weeks,
I think he is wrong though, haha I have heard this all before and I know Docs are not always right with their predictions.
Anyway at this rate my cervix will probably be at about 1 or even dilated at my next appointment (33 weeks)
He is not worried about putting me on bed rest since I am getting so close now. ( weird I know)
anyone had this before? was your baby born early or normal/term?
My first son was born at 35 weeks,
my second son I was dilated at 29 weeks and he was born at 39 weeks, but I also was on strict bed rest, so I literally laid in bed all day,
I did the same with my third to be safe, he was also born at 39 weeks,
This time around I am just living a normal active life, so it is possible baby can be born around 35 weeks again ...
any experiences ladies???
