I warm them to body temperature (if you put a drop of milk a=on your wrist after heating it you should not be able to tell it is there, this also helps you tell if it is to warm or to cold!) Creighton is picky and wont take it if it is to cold, and for him room temp is to cold
Yeah, I think it's a personal preference thing. Dd1 would only take warm milk. Plus, breast milk is fatty. I think it separates. And I don't think you can really shake it because it's delicate. Same reason why you shouldn't heat it too much.
