Are any of you ladies experiencing numbness in legs and arms and hands?
I am getting alot of numbness in my arms/hands and legs. I understand why I would get it while laying down ( compressing those body parts, etc) but I also get it while I am sitting in my office working ( while sitting down, typing away)
It is very weird and hopefully, normal LoL
I have my appt tomorrow with my OBYN so hope to remember *my brain is literally non existent nowadays* but wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same

Yes, I got carpal tunnel pretty bad last time around. I went my last 6 weeks without being able to feel my fingers at all. It has to do with all the swelling plus the hormones making your joints looser.

It could be a pinched nerve or something like that. I would try moving around every 15 mins or so.

I've had this off and on the entire pregnancy. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it's just weird I can't feel a couple fingers numbness. I try to get her to move and that helps sometimes. I have carpal tunnel braces which helped a bit today too. There isn't a thing you can do other than try to minimize the discomfort. On a positive note, it went away immediately after my DD #1 was born so I'm hoping for immediate relief this time too.
