Some of you saw my post on fb yesterday. I tried to go a few days without Zofran to see how I'd do (I was still vomiting even while taking it, but not every single day). Well yesterday was one of the worst days I've had. I threw up no less than 10 times. Couldn't even sip water without getting sick. This morning I felt really weak & even felt faint. I was scheduled for my regular appt this morning. There was protein in my urine. My blood pressure has been good, so she said it could be due to dehydration. She sent me for a urine culture just in case, and I have to go back on Friday to have my BP & urine checked again. She said she'd rather watch me closely & find nothing wrong, so I definately appreciate that. I haven't gained weight in the past month. I did mention that I'm getting a tight, crampy feeling with activity, and she said I may be overdoing it (I don't think I am) or also from being dehydrated. So my mission today is to rest & get some fluids.

I did take a Zofran first thing this morning, and so far I'm ok. I drank water so that I could pee for the culture. I peed maybe 40cc & it was really dark, so I feel pretty sure that the protein is due to dehydration. Hoping everything is normal on Friday.
~Thank you AlexAiden Mommy for this beautiful siggy~

Oh goodness.. That sounds so miserable! I'm so sorry that you continue to be so sick. But it sounds like you have a proactive doctor which I love to see.. The protein is probably due to dehydration. Well I hope that you gain some relief again now that you are back on the medicine. *HUGS* I will be hoping that the vomitting gives you a break!!

Oh that's miserable! So sorry you're still dealing with the nausea/vomiting. Definietly glad they're being proactive about things. Hopefully the rest and fluids will do you a world of good! Hang in there, mama!

OMG I'm so sorry you're still dealing with this! I did for the first 20 weeks, and I thought THAT was bad. You will be in my thoughts... take it easy, mama.

Oh boy, I can only imagine how terrible you must feel. I hope you are able to get some rest and the protein is just dehydration. I hope you feel better fast!!
