Same as with DS, going back to lean proteins, lots of veggies/greens, no dairy, carbs/gluten and working out 5-6 days a weeks with 1hr of cardio, alternating days of weights for arm/legs and daily abs.
Before babies, I decided to buckle down and make much needed lifestyle changes and lost 120 pounds and then ended up prego at my skinniest with DS. For me, its all about calories in/out and exercise. That's how I get & maintain my results. I did it after DS and lost the 100# I gained with him.
Breastfeeding, walking/exercising, diet, etc. I've worked hard at watching my diet and weight gain so far this pregnancy in hopes that there won't be nearly as much to lose afterwards, but we'll see. I had lost 30+ just before getting pregnant in little over 4 months, so hopefully I can get back on track after.
