I have no idea... I have a love/ hate relationship with food right about now. Nothing is actually appealing , I eat because I have to. DS will probably have chicken nuggets & DH is on his own

I fixed a huge crock pot of corned beef and cabbage last night with semi-homemade mac and cheese with sliced carrots in it. We may much on left overs, or I may just make something easy like hamburger helper if there aren't enough left overs.
Not really sure about the rest of the week, I just go on a day to day basis.

Maybe frozen pizza....or orzo with arugula, black olives, and roasted red peppers, we'll see how ambitious I'm feeling later.

Right now DH has taken over the cooking for himself and Alex. I can't even cook right now so I'll just be eating whatever I'm craving.

Ohhhh, I love Epcot. Someday I am going to the food and wine festival there to eat my way around the worlds. Have fun!

I also have a crockpot full of corned beef and cabbage from this weekend. I'm going to do Largo Mar Turkey Burgers, grilled chicken over greek salad one night and that's all I can think of at the moment.

I think we are having panko breaded chicken breasts with aspargus (sp) and something else on the side. Not sure tho. Not sure for the rest of the week either. I usually end up cooking 5-7 nights a week cuz our youngest has many food allergies so it makes going out to eat not easy either since I still have to make something for her to eat
