I don't know what qualifies as "girly", but I have a cousin named Roxanne and I've always loved that name.

I personally think the spelling Rosaline is a bit girlier than RozLynn

I like Rowan...

Can't believe I almost forgot this one as it was one of DH's and my favorites.

Ryann or spell it Rian either way sounds like Ryan. We like boyish names for girls hence Charlie for our little one.
