Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight?

I always go through a really weird craving phase during pregnancy that I like to call "the kid food phase." It usually happens between 16 and 20 weeks and lasts for about a week.

For Sawyer, it was hot dogs. I wanted them SO badly, but didn't want to make them. So I would go to the movie theater by myself, order like 6 of them at the concession stand and then pig out while watching a movie by myself.

Sebastian was chicken nuggets and ketchup. I took these everywhere I went. I even got little ketchup packets from McDonald's to keep in my purse and then would make chicken nuggets before I left the house and eat them in the car. I know, that's completely disgusting. Stop judging me, first timers! By the time your pregnancy is over, you will have your shameful food moments too, TRUST ME.

This pregnancy, the craving has hit with a vengeance! I was sitting there last night and BAM. I want a chocolate shake. And a grilled cheese sandwich. RIGHT FREAKING NOW.

So that's what's for dinner.

What are YOU having tonight?

that actually doesn't sound horrible to me so it must be a great idea - enjoy!!

i'm bravely going to try to eat scallops, rice & carrots tonight...last night's attempt at 3oz of steak was a disaster, so wish me luck with this one I have to start eating more than crackers

mmmmm... grilled cheese.... chocolate milk shake.....

We're having maple dijon chicken thighs and a salad, because it's easy and I'm lazy and don't feel good.

I have lots of cravings already.... like hershey's chocolate bars and cool ranch doritos... or ginger ale and peanut butter honey sammy's on wheat.... or anything thai curry....

Still peanut butter eggs...

Dinner tonight was beef stroganoff and egg noodles.

We were supposed to have chicken nuggets but the stroganoff had been skipped early this week in favor of pizza.

OoOoO grilled cheese and a chocolate shake sounds sooooo good!

My biggest cravings right now are spicy chicken sandwiches slathered in ketchup (lol, yep!) and wavy lays chip with ranch dip.

Now that you mention it, chicken nuggets sounds good too! Oh, and pizza!

Maybe I am in that kid food stage too? ;-)

I'm not craving anything today, but we had nuggets and fries for supper. I've been known to hide and eat my jars of pickles (otherwise I have to share with the kiddos). One time the hubs opened the closet and there I was, with my pickles, surprise! He about died laughing. I'm pathetic, I know. The other night I ate chips and dip until I was sick, LITERALLY!!!

That sounds really good! I think I am in the kid food phase all the time.. I don't like grown up food.

Right now I am enjoying a glass of grape juice.. yummm.

I lived on grilled cheese for days at about 8 weeks. No strange cravings lately, though. I did want a cheeseburger at about 11:30 at night not long ago, but that's about it.

*Excitedly expecting baby girl number two!*

Thank you to Babydoll213 for my fabulous siggie!
